Former student of Dick Smith (The Exorcist, Amadeus), Gaëtan Laloge worked as a special effects make-up artist from 1989 to 1993, producing many special creations for films and TV.

Gaëtan Laloge has also written the only French handbook dealing with the subject of special make-up effects techniques, Fantastic Make-up - L'art du maquillage 3D.
